钢结构网架屋面施工技术

结构网架屋面施工技术在大中型建筑结构中使用比较普遍，在大跨度以及大空间建筑结构中，螺栓球网架结构使用较多，突出优点：重量轻、跨度大、刚度强、抗震性能和整体性好。当前，在体育馆、影剧院、展览馆等大中型建筑结构中已经广泛使用。

网架安装 Grid installation

1、安装前准备工作 Preparation before installation

检查网架支座轴线与标高、检查支座混凝土强度、搭设满堂红脚手架并检查各支点的位置与标高、用千斤顶调整临时支点的网架高度。网架支座轴线以及标高设计要严格按照有关标准规定进行，严禁随意进行；对于混凝土强度，必须符合设计要求与国家现行标准；搭设的脚手架要详细布置临时支点，经过计算准确得出临时支点的位置和数量；临时支点的网架高度必须使用千斤顶严格调整。

The grid support axis and elevation design should be carried out in strict accordance with the relevant standards and regulations, and it is strictly prohibited to carry out at will; for the concrete strength, it must meet the design requirements and the current national standards; the erected scaffolding should be arranged in detail with temporary support points, and the temporary support points should be accurately calculated after calculation Location and quantity; the height of the grid frame of the temporary fulcrum must be strictly adjusted with a jack.

 2、安装工艺流程 Installation process

（1）具体安装步骤安装底部弦杆和底部弦球：每个安装球都编号，根据固定的底部球数的数量确定连接后的底部和弦，与对角线尺寸测量和其他结束的水平，右后焊接。

Specific installation steps: Install the bottom chord and the bottom chord ball: each installation ball is numbered, the bottom chord after the connection is determined according to the number of fixed bottom balls, and the diagonal size measurement and other end levels are welded to the right.

下弦杆与下弦球的安装：施工前，将每一个安装球对应一个编号，施工的过程中可以根据编号对下弦球进行固定以确定中心，然后将下弦球连接下弦杆，测量方式为对角尺寸测量，而且应与另一头作为基准，确定之后方可进行点焊。
